Revenge of the BIRDS!!!!

I live in a house that is infested with birds. Not your average cute little chickadees....we are talking huge honking birds that can fit through cracks (literally) and disappear into thin air and through the walls when you chase after them. I am not joking here....my house is infested with....dun dun DUNNN....STARLINGS!!!!

So, why is this such a bad thing? Sure, they poop everywhere, they leave their feathers here and there, and they are try to build a nests...but that is not the worst reason. The worst is that I can get CHLAMYDIA from them (as shown in my lovely bacteria picture). Yep, the clap from the birds in my very own house. All I can say is that those little birds are bastards.

They were brought to North America by a man who was an avid Shakespearian fan. He felt that we would all benefit from their intergration because of their "enhanced" descriptions in Shakespeare's writings.

Good job, asshole. Thank you for allowing me to get an STD from a bird. Way to think that one through! How are you supposed to explain to someone that you got an STD from a bird? I will hopefully never, ever have to find out.

I am in the midst of deciding whether gay porn is hot, or if it is worth a miss. You see, guys love to see two girls going at it, making out, doing other things....I dare not say what...so, I have decided to see if it works the other way around. Do girls get turned on by watching to guys go at it?

The answer is....sort of.....you see, guys are more visual than us, so I think it is easier to get turned on. I mean, the female body is hot. There is no doubt about it. The Vacation is over

No blogging for a while. I needed the break. And now, I am caught back up into the fury.

I recently was lucky enough to have had my responsibilities on the Engineering Council I was volunteering for terminated. This was because my term, or time in, had finally expired and there was an election to replace me and the others on the council.

Now, the problem I have is that the council currently taking care of matters is absofrigginloutely mentally deranged. I am a girl in Engineering. Okay. There are also other girls at my school in Engineering. Ok. So, then why the hell would there be a sexual harassment case being filed against those new council members?

I will tell you. It is because some of them need to grow some cahones, some need to tone themselves down and recognize how you are supposed to respect girls, and how to respect themselves in general. In the words of Marilyn Waring, "when men use their power to treat women sexually in a non-sexual context, they interfere with women's right to work, to learn, to be treated as equal and respected participants in public life".

I am not really a feminist, but I mean, we are in 2006...who still pulls out the harassment bullshit in this day and age? I think the reason why I am the most upset is because the guys involved didn't really care and they don't see a problem with it. And that really makes me sad. They were *supposed* to have meeting to fix this mess, and it got cancelled.

So, the bottom line is that I am really sad that this has gone down. And I am even more upset at the fact that no one seems to gives a shit. The girls do, but the guys.....???
